As it's Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I will be 'Wearing it Pink' on Friday 22nd October and would like you to join me to raise money for Breast Cancer Now for all those affected by breast cancer. You can help me spread the word by wearing something pink, take a photo and post to your facebook/instagram and include my link to this fundraising page. Let's raise some money for Breast Cancer Now and join together to help make life-changing Breast Cancer Research and Care happen!!

My message to everyone is (including men!), get to know your body, what’s normal for you and also being aware of the symptoms. Please get into the habit of checking your breasts (breast tissue also reaches up to your collarbone and underneath your armpits so check the whole area). You can do this in the shower or bath, or even in front of a mirror when you are getting dressed in the morning. Don’t be embarrassed to talk about it with your friends and family. If you find something you are unsure of call your GP and get it checked.
