I have decided to fundraise for all the races I am entering this year in memory of my very good friend Lisa Chandler who suffered from MS and passed away long before her time on the 24 January 2022.  The first race is the Great Bentley Half Marathon which is the weekend of what would have been her birthday.  Other races are Great North Run, Cambridge Half and virtual London Marathon (though if I get in the real event that would be better) - with many more to be organised.  

Lisa was one of our closest friends, my rock, she helped us through some really dark times, she made us laugh, was dedicated and hardworking and above all the most incredible mum to her two kids and wife to Darren.

Any money raised wont bring her back but she was passionate about fundraising to try and find a cure and if I can help in any small way to help others with this disease then its the least I can do.
