Cancer can do one. It's cold, heartless, takes our loved ones and leaves families broken hearted.

It has caused an incredible amount of strain to wonderful people in all of our lives, and this year, I've decided to do something to help fight back.

I've signed up to run the London marathon, and raise money for Macmillan who help families take back a bit of control. From help with money, advice about work, or just someone to talk to if you need it, Macmillan will be there. 

This year, cancer is causing more damage to friends around me, and I'm sure you've got your own reasons for wanting to help.
