 in remembrance of my grandma and grandad who we sadly lost both to strokes I am taking part in the Bournemouth half marathon to raise money for The Stroke assosiarion.

In 2009 we lost my grandad after 10 years from having his first stroke, i miss his stories and jokes, hand squeezes and his company :) he is forever in my heart and thoughts xxxx

I  was very close with my Grandma- she was an amazing lady, vefan much a family lady who kept us all in the know :) I  loved our chats, trips to the village, chats and a cigarette in the kitchen, shopping trips and maybe some DIY, gardening, walks, hot chocolates, sleep overs, cuddles, hand grabs through the letter when I'd leave and we would say 'love you' xx , the list is endless so many special and precious memories that will forever be in my heart.. 

15th December I lost my best friend, i didn't know how I was going to cope without my Grandma.. I have my up and downs, but want to stay strong and make her proud <3 remember her sayings; Consontration, observations (when I'm driving) haha and thinking of her everyday and grandad too :)

 They were truly amazing people, such loving, caring inspirational family people who will never be forgotten and will always be held tight in my heart, always the brightest star in the sky xxxx
