I am now aiming to cycle a minimum of 1000 km from 1st July to 31st August to raise funds for Rowans Hospice.

Unfortunately the  Rowans Ride can’t go ahead in  its usual format therefore I am pledging to cycle 400km in July and 400km in August, or a minimum total of 1000km.. This will be a total of all my small cycles up and down Southsea seafront against the winds and longer 30km plus rides each week. I’ll update every week the total I have achieved and shall be recording on my MapMyRide app as proof!

Please support me if you can with a small sponsor and donation to Rowans Hospice. Unfortunately as they can’t hold their usual fundraising events they need all the support they can get as 90% of their funding comes from these events from people in the local community.
