This August Liz and Tom Miller will be trying to cycle from the east most to the west most points on the British mainland (that's from Lowestoft in Suffolk to Ardnamurchan Point in the west of Scotland) inside a week.  We'll be doing the ride "unsupported" - carrying our basic gear and picking up food where we can - but would love the support of anyone who fancies riding some of the route with us.  Do get in touch.

The aim of the ride is to raise funds for the Teenage Cancer Trust, whose fantastic work we've seen first hand, when Hebe was able to use their amazing day room at Birmingham hospital the night before her big tumour op.  Teenagers are often overlooked and have to endure noisy chaotic waiting spaces for long periods of time.  The Teenage Cancer Trust day room was a truly delightful space allowing relaxation or play.  It even had a really good electric piano.
