Liz and Adam are doing the Manchester 10k run on May 26th.

 

For Adam, it's in memory of his Granny and Grandad who died in 2012, both from Cancer, and who received a great amount of help from the Macmillan Nurses.

 

For Liz, this is the start of a remarkable transformation and her first long distance run.
