Hi guys, those of you that know me well know how much of a personal and physical challenge this is to me. Ive never been one of those overly super fit people and training for this has been a huge commitment spanning over many months.

Dementia has been an illness that has hit my family hard the last couple of years and caused much heartache particularly for my mum. All proceeds will go towards the wonderful support Dementia UK provide to other families affected by this heart renching illness.
