Jay and I have been working through the couch to 5k plan recently and have decided to run 5k to raise money for this amazing charity, the Snowdrop Project. They provide long-term support to survivors of human trafficking. I have been blown away by the Snowdrop Project as they have grown from just a dream into an inspirational charity that is radically changing the lives of trafficking victims forever. 

The Snowdrop Project recognise that survivors of trafficking need support, care and mentoring for a very long time after their initial rescue in order to achieve real freedom and the team work so hard to  meet those needs. The charity’s clients are in urgent need of support right now. Support is needed with gas and electricity payments, as well as food parcels. 100% of our clients suffer with mental health issues and the current situation is hitting the most vulnerable amongst us the hardest.
