The SAMH Stomp: THE SEQUEL

Liz, her family and friends tragically lost their beautiful19 year old Son Ruari in 2015 and it’s been through the grieving journey they have become aware of the amazing Care, Help and Support that SAMH offer, in amongst many other things; suicide prevention.

Last October, Liz and pal Lisa completed the Stomp; climbing 4,200 stairs in Murrayfield Stadium, raising just over £2,000 for SAMH in memory of Ruari.

This year, WE (good pals Liz, Johanne & Kate) want to undertake a challenge that physically stretches us and also supports SAMH in raising vital funds for Scotland’s mental health so…. we’ve signed-up to the EXTREME Stomp to climb 7,400 of Murrayfield’s tallest steps!!

Please help Ruari to help others who are struggling, in any way you can……sponsorship would be fabulous (as it really does help to change lives) and encouragement for this crazy challenge would be gratefully received too!
