This fundraising page is on behalf of me and all my wonderful friends and family listed below who are also running to raise money for SANDS. ❤

On 19th December 2017, after two miscarriages earlier in the year, I gave birth to my amazing baby who was too premature to survive. It was the worst day of my life but the support of the midwives at the hospital, and the information and advice provided by SANDS Lothian, got me through.

My baby, George, was due the weekend of the Edinburgh Marathon Festival so I have decided to give the Full Marathon my best shot in his memory, and to raise money for SANDS Lothians to help other grieving parents get the support they need.

Many of my wonderful friends and family are also fundraising through this page, by doing the Full Marathon, the Marathon Relay, the Half Marathon or 10k.
