Right after I moved to DC, Elizabeth convinced me to run the Cherry Blossom. As with many things, she inspired me to try something new and create new traditions. This will be my 4th year running, and in her memory we're fundraising fro the RiverKeepers:

Elizabeth was Midshore Riverkeeper Conservancys 2015-2016 Chesapeake Conservation Corps Volunteer. She was dedicated to clean water, engaging others with their rivers, and serving as an environmental steward in every way. She brought enthusiasm and joy to every task.
