Ar ol yr holl gyffro o gefnogi pawb yn rhedeg mis Mawrth, nes i adael I dad fy mherswadio bod rhedeg hanner marathon Gdydd eto yn syniad da! 

Roedd yr holl boen a gwaith caled yn bell yn y gorffennol adeg hynny...ond ma nhw'i gyd yn dod yn ol rwan!!

Rydym yn rhedeg ac yn codi pres I adran ymchwil cancer prifysgol Cdydd, rhywbeth sy'n effeithio pob un ohonom mewn un ffordd neu llall, felly os oes ganddoch ambell I geiniog yn sbar byddwn yn ddiolchgar iawn ohonynt.  DIOLCH!!!! Xxx

After the amazing buzz of supporting at the March world championship, I let dad convince me it was a fab idea to run the Cardiff Half again.

All the hard work was a distant memory then...its now returned very vividly!!

We are running and raising money for Cardiff University's cancer research project, a subject that affects everyone of us in one way or another,  so if you have any pennies to spare we'd be very grateful.  THANKS!!!! Xxx
