During the pandemic….some people have run marathons, some have climbed mountains, some have gone on journeys of deep self-discovery….and I have grown a beard!

At least it has brought a smile on every single Zoom call!

Love Me Love My Mind (for which I am a trustee and volunteer) supports mental health and wellbeing for those in Epsom, Surrey and anywhere. A cause close to my heart. Looking after mental health has become more important than ever, during and after the pandemic. We all have mental health. And challenges can affect anyone, regardless of creed, race, religion, gender, sexuality, wealth or background - and sometimes when we least expect it.

If there is one lesson that I hope we can learn and keep from this pandemic, it is our sense of compassion and humanity for our fellow human beings - those with whom we are fortunate enough to be able to share this beautiful and precious planet!
