Story

my name is Lisa. On Saturday 29th April 2023 I'll be throwing myself out of a plane (again) for Alder Hey Children's Charity. This time I am bringing my brother Phil along too.

I would not be here today to take on this insane challenge if it were not for Alder Hey. They saved my life on Christmas Day when I was 2 years old and minutes away from death due to a severe asthma attack. My parents got me to Alder Hey just in time. We were lucky to have such a wonderful hospital on our door step. I'm sure most kids in Liverpool have attended Alder Hey for various reasons at some point in their childhood and most people know what incredible work they do for kids from all over the country.

If you can spare a few pennies towards our fundraising it will be very much appreciated not only by us but by everyone who benefits through the charity's work. Please support team Motty's.

Alder Hey Childrens Charity raises vital funds to help make Alder Hey Children's Hospital a truly world-class, patient-friendly hospital for the 330,000 patients and families they care for every year.Since 2013, over £65m has been raised for a range of life-saving medical equipment and facilities that are making a real difference to families every day - but they still need your support. To support Alder Hey I will be throwing myself out a plane and would appreciate any donations.Thank you
