When we were in lockdown we formed a baby group and walked and talked together (following government guidance!) in all weathers. We have supported each other through lockdown, teething, sleepless nights, returning to work and all the challenges and stresses mums face. Unfortunately, one of our Mums was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and we have been thinking of all the things we could do to support her. One of the things we decided to do was raise some money for Breast Cancer Now by taking our two year old ‘lockdown children’ on a sponsored walk. It isn’t climbing Mount Kilimanjaro but we are supporting our dear friend. We'd love to raise lots of money for this very worthwhile charity which funds support and research.
