Lola, my 5 year old has been asking to have her hair cut short for ages. I love her long hair and have said no for so long but I’ve finally given in. We had a chat and I said she could donate her cut hair to The Little Princess Trust to help make wigs for children who have lost their hair. She agreed then we started talking about charity, raising money and sponsors. I said she could get sponsors to cut her hair too which will raise money to help people. We talked about Malcom Sargent House as it used to be on the beach at Prestwick, a place  we visit all the time. I told her how it helped children who are really poorly and can give them and their family happy times when times are really hard.  So together we have decided to raise money for this too. She’s getting the chop on the 10th of March xx
