I'm finally taking my running shoes up North for the 2025 Great North Run on behalf of Leukaemia Care and need your help!

This is a charity with a new place in my heart since my man Dan was diagnosed with CML. Leukaemia care has been an invaluable source of information and support and I would like to thank them, and to help them continue with their great work, by raising money on their behalf.

Leukaemia Care provide information, advice and support for anyone affected, including patients and their friends and families too. They raise awareness of the issues impacting people affected by leukaemia, MDS and MPN, and campaign to fix them. They drive early diagnosis, raising public awareness, improving services, and ensuring access to effective treatments.

And what better way support them - run the best half marathon of them all, the Great North Run, back in my homeland of the North East!
