The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. There is still so much to do to increase opportunities, reduce social isolation and build a brighter future for autistic people. With your help, we can make it happen.

Story

As soon as the cash prize was announced for Season 1 of the FM21 Streamer Showdown I promised that if I won the £500 prize, I'd give it to charity - specifically, a charity I do a lot of work with, the National Autistic Society.

Having thought about it a little more, I thought I'd open things up to everyone else to contribute too. Having one the showdown 4 times in the past, I know winning it usually results in a surge of gifted subs, which although they're much appreciated, could probably go to a better cause than my tuxedo buying fund. So all I'm asking, is that if you get the urge to gift a sub this evening, instead of doing that, consider donating the money here instead, and in return I promise to make a donation regardless of whether I win or not, according to the following rules:

  • If I win the £500 prize, I'll donate it all
  • If I win the £250 runners up prize, I'll donate all of that
  • If I'm knocked out in the semi-final, I'll donate £100 from my own pocket
  • If I'm knocked out in the quarter-final, I'll donate £50 from my own pocket

All a bit of fun to add some extra stakes, and hopefully raise some money for a good cause while we're at it!
