We are dedicated to improving the quality of life and chances of survival for young cancer patients aged 13-24. We fund and build specialist units in NHS hospitals and provide dedicated staff, bringing young people together so they can be treated by teenage cancer experts in the best place for them.

Story

The Teenage Cancer Trust is a charity close to our hearts. The charity supported our family and William until he passed away in September, 2012. Will was cared for on a number of occasions on the Young Peoples Unit at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham. This unit is specifically designed to treat young people between the ages of 16 and 24 who are diagnosed with cancer and is funded by the Teenage Cancer Trust.

We have decided to take on the challenge of running the Warwickshire Autumn WOLF run on 5th September in memory of Will and to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust. Three years on and Will still continues to inspire us. His courage, determination and bravery touched us all.  What better tribute to Will than to run this muddy 10k obstacle course.

We have asked that all the money raised in memory of Will goes directly to the Young Peoples Unit at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham to help other young people and their families in a similar position.
