On the 12th April 2026, the five of us will be running a half marathon together in memory of our Dad and Grandad, who was affected by prostate cancer. This run is more than a physical challenge — it is our way of honouring a man who showed incredible bravery, strength, and courage throughout his journey and life.

As a father and a grandad, he was our rock, our role model, and our biggest supporter. His resilience continues to inspire us every day, and he will forever remain our hero.

By running together as a family, we hope to raise awareness and vital funds to support those affected by prostate cancer, so that more families can have more time with the people they love. Every step we take will be for him, and for all those still fighting.

We miss him so much and we hope we are doing him proud!🥰
