The aim of this charity event is for five of us to collectivley run, row and cycle the distance from London to Lille in one day in support of Help for Heroes. The event will take place on the 14th of March 2013 at the Forum in Norwich city centre; we plan to complete the task by using treadmills, rowing machines and exercise bikes.
