I'm Leah Cartwright and I believe anyone can change the world. So yes, I may only be 13 but what I'm doing is changing lives. I decided to organise this "hunt" as the final push of a fundraiser I've been doing for the last year to twin my church toilets block with some in a developing country, where they really need it! 2.3 billion people our help!
