I cant believe I am writing this but in April 2024 I'm running 26.2 miles in the  London Marathon for Prostate Cancer UK. 

Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men in the UK. Sadly one of those men was my own Dad (& also others in our family)  so it is very close to my heart. 

Dad was born & bred in London & he always came alive whenever he was there & loved taking us back to London whenever he could.  For my 60th birthday year I am so proud to be training hard for this once in a lifetime prestigious event & running around London knowing I'm raising money to help fund lifesaving research and support for men and their families affected by prostate cancer in Dads memory is a wonderful thing to do.   Huge thanks for any donations, it means so much x
