On August 2nd I am taking part in the London-Surrey 100 mile sportive to enjoy the ride and to raise money for Beating Bowel Cancer, in memory of my friend and colleague Andy Wilson.

Andy died from Bowel Cancer last year, he was a top bloke who died far too young. Please give generously for this fantastic organisation.
