This year I will be taking on a new challenge, cycling from London to Brussels. 

I am determined to give something back after seeing all the amazing work the Action Medical Research has done and continue to do.

Whether it's supporting someone who is suffering, raising broader awareness or funding research, knowing that I am cycling not just for the amazing experience but to potentially change someone else's life.

My beautiful & strong willed Mum, Fiona, contracted polio as a baby in 1958. As a result, she is partially disabled & suffers from osteoarthritis and muscular dystrophy. If it wasn’t for funding and research of the Action Medical Research founder, Duncan Guthrie, my Mum would likely not be alive today. Her tenacity and strength in everyday life is inspiring.
