I’m taking part in the London landmarks marathon to support all the good work the nspcc does. My mum regularly volunteers for this charity so I can see first hand how the money raised is required to provide the necessary resources for the charity.

I picked this event as I am currently recovering from a knee injury and so training for this challenge will help motivate me even further to get back to full fitness and hopefully all the way to the finish line.

I also work in a school so understand how vital services that support children’s wellbeing are and all the great work the nspcc does for our young people!
