I recently lost my mum after a 5 year battle with dementia. I want to do this walk in memory of my mum and to raise money for the Alzheimer's Society. I used to take mum to a memory cafe run by the Alzheimer's Society and she used to love her piece of cake, cup of coffee and sing song. Please give anything you can to support this wonderful charity!
