We recently lost my Nan to dementia after a 5 year battle. I want to do this walk in her memory and to raise money for the wonderful charity, Alzheimer’s Society. Nanny went to memory cafes run by the Alzheimer’s Society and always enjoyed it. Please give what you can to support this cause.
