Myself, Mags and Cath have entered a team for the Commando Challenge in Oct and will also be competing in the Spartan Race in September in preperation for our Challenge!

We have taken on this Challenge to raise money for the Devon Air Ambulance Trust and the Royal Marines Benevolent Fund.

As many of you will know this is now the third fund raising event I have agreed to do in as many years in memory of my Cousin who lost his life 3 years ago - his charities were his local first responce team and the RAF benevolent fund and I know he will be proud that I am raising funds for two simularly worthwhile causes.

Anything you feel you can give will mean a huge amount to us and will provide us with even more determination on the day!
