Story

Back in the first lockdown, myself, Rod, Emmie and even the dog took on the challenge of completing the distance of a marathon at our own pace.  We loved having something to focus on!! After this, Damian and I took on the challenge of cycling 50 miles in a month (we actually ended up doing much more as we loved it so much!!!).  Back in December, Damian and I got talking and decided that we wanted to push ourselves further! So we decided to attempt to cycle the distance from John O'Groats to Lands End.  Obviously we wanted to raise money for a charity at the same time; Cornwall Hospice Care were our first choice.  As with most charities, the last year has been tough on them.  They rely on support from the community to raise most of the £5 million that they need each year to continue providing Specialist Palliative Care for the people of Cornwall.

With ever increasing demand on the services they provide at Mount Edgcumbe Hospice in St Austell and St Julia’s Hospice in Hayle, your support will allow them to give more people the specialist support they so desperately need.

All donations, no matter the size are very much appreciated.
