100km January · 14 December 2018

Beat is the UK’s eating disorder charity. Our mission is to end the pain and suffering caused by eating disorders. These serious mental illnesses ruin and, too often, take lives. Our Helpline is available online or by phone for anyone suffering, as well as their family and friends.

Story

This January I am raising money for Beat by completing a 100k over the course of the month. As running used to be an issue for me while suffering from anorexia, I will be walking, cycling, rowing or even cartwheeling my 100km. This is a charity close to my heart, they save lives and provide help when people feel they have no where else to turn. They also provide incredible support for carers and loved ones so that they know how to be there for someone with an eating disorder.
