To celebrate turning 50 this year, I am attempting to run the Bay Limestone Round (https://bay-limestone-round.org.uk) 

The route is a 55mile loop from Kent's Bank near Grange-Over-Sands to Arnside Pier, taking in 13 Limestone summits on the way.

I am running this on Friday 23.April with roadside support from Dave and running support from friends and fellow members of Dallam Running Club.
