JDRF is a fantastic charity trying to find a cure for Type 1 Diabetes.  They also provide support for children and their families and are continually researching new and improved ways of managing the condition.

They have made a huge difference to us as a family and I wish to help them in their research.

I took part in Race to the Stones in July 2014 and it was totally amazing! I have completed 3 Cardiff Half Marathons and a number of smaller races.

I am sure there will be more that I will get up to during the year along with taking photos for you to enjoy!
