Almost 1 million 16-24 year olds are not in education, employment or training. The EY Foundation is a charity which works directly with disadvantaged young people, helping them reach their full potential and realise their career ambitions.

We are taking part in the EY Foundation Los Tres Picos 2016 Challenge – a 3 day expedition ascending three of Spain's highest peaks in the Sierra Nevada mountain range.This will be a tough physical challenge and all funds raised will be going directly to the EY Foundation.
