Story
Gemma Croucher is one half of a beautiful set of twins that my family have known for a long time. When I heard that Gemma and her husband Kevin's beautiful baby boy, Finlay, passed away at only 24 days old, I felt heartbroken for them. I can't imagine what they and their families are going through.
Before he left, Finlay was looked after by the Chestnut Tree House Hospice in Eastbourne. Gemma is working hard to raise money and awareness for the hospice as they worked tirelessly for their baby boy.
I am proud to be taking part in the 10 mile Midnight Walk in May in honour of the gorgeous little Finlay, his wonderful family and all of the children and staff at Chestnut Tree House.
Please help the cause by donating as much as you can - I want to support the Crouchers and the Lucks as much as possible.
