Story

Hi my name is Lottie, I am 10 years old and live in Cornwall, i'm doing a sponsored climb for charity. My Dad and I are going to climb to the top of each of the National Three Peaks in just 24 hours! If you don't know what the Three Peaks are, they are  three mountains, Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in Cumbria and Snowdon in North Wales. I have to climb to the top of all 3 in just 24 hours. It's super hard but it will be worth it! My brother Oshi (age 12) and my dads friend Charlie are going to climb with us too!

I'm climbing the 3 peaks to raise money for McMillan Cancer Support all because my mum's friend has cancer. When my mum found out she was very sad , we tried to cheer her up but it didn't work. When i found out I was scared for my mum's friend and felt sorry for her but i was determined to help beat it. So here I am today, preparing to climb to the 3 highest mountains in Britain for McMillan Cancer Support. I would like to raise £1000 for McMillan. My mum's friend, and her son,  both shaved their hair off to raise money which takes some guts to do! We didn't care what they looked like we just cared about how they felt.

The difference raising £1000 could make is unbelievable. It would help everyone. If you know someone with cancer or who has had cancer then you know hard hard it is.

1 penny = 1 step closer to beating it!

If you donate cancer is one step closer to being beaten.

This challenge is going to be so tough but worth it. I will have to train really hard, climb through the middle of the night and eat and sleep in the car between mountains... I need my beauty sleep! Ha! Ha! Ha! By the way, I will have to climb 3408 meters (11181 feet) and walk 26 miles in only 24 hours!!!

Please help by donating to my page.

There's a 'can' in cancer because we CAN beat it!

Thank you
