Friends and family!

So here we are…I shall be running 42.2km on October 3rd in the hope of raising money to support the incredible charity, Alzheimer’s Research UK, dedicated to causes, diagnosis, prevention and cure of dementia; a disease that is estimated to affect no fewer than 152 million by 2050.

Personally, I will be running in memory of my beautiful, courageous and wonderfully wacky Nana, aka bodyboarder extraordinaire.

A HUGE thank you to all of you who donate. You will be keeping me trotting throughout.
