Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Alongside my incredibly strong mother Sarah, I am joining the Marsden March walking the 14 miles from The Royal Marsden hospital in Chelsea to The Royal Marsden in Sutton. We are doing this in loving memory of my grandmother Diana Latham who sadly lost her fight to cancer on December 7th 2014. Granny was cared for so kindly by everyone during her treatment at the hospital, which made her ordeal more bearable for her and for all those close to her.
I would also like to walk in memory of the truly inspirational Hatti Sandall, whose extraordinary fight with cancer I achingly followed. Hatti heartbreakingly lost her fight to cancer on Tuesday 6th January 2015 and will be lovingly remembered, always, even by those who didn't know her.
Cancer is a cruel and vicious disease and will undoubtedly affect us all in one moment of life, or another. My mother’s friend Connie Bussey continues her fight with cancer and will be walking with us on the day. Any donation, however large or small, will help Connie and countless other people still fighting.
Thank you.
