I have been closely dealing with this disease for several years now, as I have a family member who is suffering from it. If I can help in anyway towards finding a cure, or helping those out there currently suffering then I feel that I must.

Plus of course, I was challenged by a friend in the same situation and I never could refuse a good challenge.
