Lou's FSIS Skydive

Lou's FSIS Skydive · 3 October 2021
My name is Louisa, I have two children who've been fortunate enough to be educated at Southwood Infant School over the last four years. I'm also a committee member of "Friends of Southwood Infant School" (FSIS), the charity setup for Southwood Infant School.
My children, among many others, have benefited massively from the money raised by FSIS, which is a small group of hard working, dedicated parents giving their time, skills and enthusiasm to help Southwood Infant School be an outstanding school. Without the help of FSIS, the school would not have access to:
So why are we here? I wish to give something back to help the school. Also, much like everyone else, a casual conversation saying "I've missed getting on an airplane and doing something exciting" got the response of "Don't worry" from the team at FSIS, "We've got something for you...."
Quickly that's escalated to me, on Sunday 3rd October, jumping out of a plane at 15,000ft, free falling for over a minute at 125mph before a gentle parachute back to Earth.
Brilliant.
If you'd like to sponsor my moment of insanity, you can here where I'll be posting updates before and after the event.
