I like to set myself a challenge, until now they have been very personal challenges but this year I’ve decided to do something that not only benefits me ... but a fantastic cause!! Having already experienced training walks along the stunning Jurassic Coast ... I can certainly testify this will be a big challenge! But thankfully I’m not alone, I’m walking with a group of people who are all bought together as students of Helios Colour Yoga ! It’s going to be tough, it’s going to hurt ... I will probably cry ... but we’ll definitely have a laugh!!! Julia's House is a Children's Hospice in Dorset and Wiltshire. Each family they support is unique and so is the care they provide. When a family finds out that their child has a very serious medical condition, which is life-limiting or life-threatening, their world falls apart. Julia's House exists to help these children and their families.
