I am doing this sky dive in memory of my late Gran, who in 2010 did a sky dive with two of her friends to celebrate their 70th birthdays. My gran was a very active lady who lived life to the full. Devastatingly, she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2016 .We were informed at the time of her diagnosis that the cancer had already spread. Throughout her illness, my gran stayed positive and never complained despite what she was going through. She fought for 14 months before losing her battle. It is a great honour to have the opportunity to do a sky dive in her memory for a charity that was so close to her heart.
