My first event of the year is raising money for North West Blood Bikes Manchester. This charity are fundraising to raise funds for a dedicated milk bike to be called "Merlin" named after my nephew who they helped during his mummy's illness. Donor breast milk was couriered to Merlin by NWBBM and they have no doubt contributed to him being the healthy bundle of pure joy that he is.

Devastatingly my sister Mair lost her short battle against cancer but she lives on in us all everyday, especially in her daughter Martha and son Merlin.

Mair was such a kind, loving and compassionate person. She would be so touched to know that friends/family are donating money to charities in her honour.
