In September 2023 I will be taking part in the Tough Mudder 5k to raise money for The Early Birth Association.

The Early Birth Association is a registered charity made up of volunteers, that make a positive difference, offering a wide variety of help and support for babies and families and the staff teams who work on the units of the Trevor Mann Baby Unit (TMBU) in Brighton and the Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU) in Haywards Heath.

Our lives were certainly made a little bit easier with the help of the EBA when Oliver made his abrupt entry into the world in 2017. They supported Andrew and I tremendously during our brief stay in both TMBU and SCBU.

It may not be a 10k or a marathon but anyone who knows me will understand what a challenge this is going to be, I have the zero upper body strength and not really a fan of mud, best start the training now!
