I have been extremely privileged to work at Acorns Children's Hospice for the last 4 years, I have gained so much, personally and professionally and want to raise funds for this wonderful family I have been welcomed in to. I want to say 'thank you'.

Having lost my own brother at a young age and seeing the crushing effects this had on my family I knew the long term impact the support Acorns gives is so, so vital. What I didn't appreciate though before I worked here was the extent of the support that Acorns gives, with such love, tenderness and joy. It has been a truly wonderful family to be a part of and Acorns will always take up a big part of my heart. 

Please do help me say 'thank you' and give whatever you can to support my running efforts! I am definitely not a natural runner but am very determined so one way or another I WILL do it!!
