Help us ease the strain during the COVID-19 outbreak. Our dedicated St John Ambulance volunteers are standing alongside the NHS supporting in Emergency departments, Nightingale hospitals and the Ambulance service. They are working long shifts often not getting tome for a much needed brew, so for the next 2 weeks I am giving up my Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, G&T or the glass of wine and only drinking Water.

If you could spare just the cost of a coffee or two it would be much appreciated.
