It's time for a mad challenge of my own, no more sideline sitting. I signed myself up to a team "bike ride" with work, in conjunction with British Cycling. Two days to cycle from London to Birmingham, 25-26 September. That's right, in just over 2 months.

This will allow me to not only support those I love but also to help promote the important work that the Alzheimer's Society does. Any donation, great or small, will be gratefully received.
