As a team we come across those that are affected by Dementia and the effect it has on their families and friends. We support the Alzheimer's Society mission statement in that they want to transform the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day they find a cure, they will create a society where those affected by Dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear of prejudice.
