Support Mencap Ambassador Emily Burnett & her aunt Teresa as they trek Mount Snowdon. You will help to raise funds to support people, like Teresa, with a learning disability. All funds raised from 1st June will be split between Mencap & Sunday Circle

I'm trekking up Mount Snowdon as I want to raise vital funds that will make a difference to the lives of people with a learning disability. All funds raised from 1st June will be split between Mencap and Sunday Circle.
